Self-Paced Courses Refund Policy:
All purchases made towards the Self-paced courses are final. No refunds are made since you have immediate access to the product and materials upon purchase. There are no extensions, discounts, and credits on any of the self-paced courses.
Live Online Courses Refund Policy:
- 100% Money Back.
- You can claim 100% money back within 24 hours from the date of registration or making the payment, whichever is earlier, no refund is permissible after the Commencement of the batch. The refund will be processed within 30 working days of us receiving the refund request.
- For any refund request, the communication for the same should reach us by mail within 24 the timelines mentioned above. Requests received after the above-mentioned period will not be entertained.
Career Counselling Refund Policy:
- 100% Money Back.
- You can claim 100% money back till such time report is generated. The refund will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving the refund request.
- For any refund request, the communication for the same should reach us before report generation. Requests received after the said period will not be entertained.
Study Abroad Consultation Fee Refund Policy:
- Partial refunds are possible. The consultation fee may include certain paid services such as counselling, IELTS or similar test prep courses, German or similar language courses, university shortlisting and documentation. Since these services are a direct or indirect cost to us, we cannot refund payments or payment components received for such services. Once we receive the refund request from the candidate, we will inform if any refunds are possible and what shall be the amount of refund that can be paid back.
- You can claim 100% money back within 24 hours from the date of service agreement or making the payment, whichever is earlier, no refund request shall be entertained beyond this time frame. The refund will be processed within 30 working days of us receiving the refund request.
Note:
- Once a refund request is accepted the same will be processed within 30 working days.
- If the payment is made through Financial Partners – the processing fees (at actuals) will be deducted before refunding the course fees.
